SuccèsSco is a digital school platform designed to:

Manage the administrative, financial, and HR processes of educational institutions.
Provide daily parental monitoring of children from daycare to final year, including health status, homework, lesson notes, tests and assignments, disciplinary records and reasons, absences, automatic report cards, school fee payments via MoMo API, automatic invoice generation, and tuition balance tracking.

Everyone demonstrates active listening and continuously reassesses themselves in a logic of continuous improvement.

My motivation for delivering work is solely customer satisfaction; in other words, I do not need personal incentives to do my job.

I know that what I am doing is essential so that my colleague can perform their work.
